At Pinky's, we want your home to be your sanctuary; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Pinky's account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit, and include your printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
